TERMS, CONDITIONS, DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

You begin a photobooth session and agree to the terms and conditions of sale stated here when you touch the start screen of a EyeCandy Photobooth and show your payment card or smartphone (Including Apple Pay & Google Pay). The photobooth will begin to take take four pictures and print them after our card payment terminal has approved the payment. The photos will then be printed and sent to a secure server.

We go above and above to ensure that each of our photobooths is fully functional, equipped with paper and ink, and ready for your photo session. Technical complications may arise from time to time, preventing you from receiving your printing due to situations beyond our control. Our help line support@eyeandybooth.co.uk is available to help you, and if we cannot retrieve your printout or provide you with a digital copy, you will be entitled to a full refund.

When you start a photobooth session, you certify that you are a consenting adult above the age of 15.  Where you have provided your consent, images taken at our photobooths within our partner venues may be used for marketing purposes such as social media and physical advertising by both EyeCandy photobooths and our partner venues.   

Data we might collect;

• Personal Information such as Name, Address, Email Adress, Date of Birth etc.
• Digital copy of images taken at our photobooth
• Last 4 digit of card number
• Any information you might provide us.

Why we might collect data;

• Tol send you digital photographs from your photobooth experience, process refunds, and give assistance. 
• Share your email address and consent status with our third-party venues (only if you have agreed to this). Where EyeCandy Photobooths Limited and our venue partners have signed a data sharing agreement, text data (name, email address, confirmation of user age of permission) will be destroyed after being securely transferred.

 We reserve the right to share your information to assist with criminal investigations if requested by law enforcement agencies such the UK Police or the Irish Garda.  

 It grants citizens of the European Economic Area (EEA) specific rights while using services that process personal data. We implemented modifications to allow you to exercise your rights, giving you greater control over your data.

The GDPR guarantees the following rights for individuals, many of which apply regardless of the grounds of processing.
