You begin a photobooth session and agree to the terms and conditions of sale stated here when you touch the start screen of a EyeCandy Photobooth and show your payment card or smartphone (Including Apple Pay & Google Pay). The photobooth will begin to take four pictures and print them after our card payment terminal has approved the payment. The photos will then be printed and sent to a secure server.

 We collect or use the following information for service updates or marketing purposes:

Data we might collect;

• Personal Information such as Name, Address, Email Adress, Date of Birth etc.

• Digital copy of images taken at our photobooth

• Last 4 digit of card number

• Any information you might provide us.

 Share your email address and consent status with our third-party venues, as well as the images from your photos for marketing purposes (only if you have agreed to this). Where Eyecandy Photobooths Limited and our venue partners have signed a data sharing agreement, text data (name, email address, confirmation of user age of permission) will be destroyed after being securely transferred.

We reserve the right to share your information to assist with criminal investigations if requested by law enforcement agencies such the UK Police or the Irish Garda. 

 By using the photobooth and participating in photo sessions, individuals consent to the capture and storage of their images. With their explicit consent, these images may be used by The Snapbox Ltd (trading as EyeCandy Photobooths) and the venue in which the photobooth is located for promotional and marketing purposes. This may include use on websites, social media, and printed materials. Consent is requested clearly at the time of photo submission, and individuals may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at [your contact email]. Images used for marketing will not include personal identifiers such as names or email addresses unless separately agreed.

At Eyecandy Photobooths, we are committed to retaining personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically:

Data provided solely by the customer (e.g., event photos, contact details, or other submitted content) will be retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of receipt and will be securely deleted thereafter.

This retention period allows us to process and deliver our services while respecting your privacy rights. After 90 days, this data will be permanently and securely deleted from our systems unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period (e.g., for tax, legal, or contractual purposes).
